The Scientific Council of the Éolien en Mer SIG met on 21 October 2021 by video conference.

The following topics were discussed:

• Previous reports and 2021 annual report on the monitoring of breeding gulls on the Caux cliffs;
• Study project on plankton identification by environmental DNA analysis;
• PhD project on the acceptability of coastal and offshore wind energy;
• Call for Projects to study bat transits at sea;
• Call for Projects to study food webs.
