On 18 October 2023, the members of the Scientific Council of the GIS Eolien en Mer met by videoconference.

• 2023 annual report on gull colony monitoring study
• Final report on the use of environmental DNA to identify plankton
• Valorisation of bat data via the Migratlane project
• Partnership within the MMERMAID project
• Launch of the Red-Fish study
• Launch of a telemetric fish monitoring study in conjunction with the FISHOWF project
• EOLENMER project and student work on the perception of the Dieppe Le Tréport offshore wind farm
• Presentation of the schedule for the construction phase and the continuation of regulatory environmental monitoring
• Extension of studies using environmental DNA
• Discussion on the start of the thesis on food webs
